Petershof
Rosé
Dancing and upbeat – the perfect summer temptation in a bottle. Fine, elegant berry notes with a well-balanced acidity.
The interplay between climate and Terroir in the Danube area are the basis for the Charakter of the wines from WEINGUT CHRIST. The warm, dry days are intermixed with the cool evening breezes from the west, sweeping down the wooden slopes to the valley. They “spice up” the air and in turn give the wines a fresh and crystal-clear Character.
Through smooth processing and particular gently pressing, only a few colorants from the skins are getting into the must, resulting in a fruity, light rosé-coloured wine.
The wine bribes with aromas of red berry and light flowers. Its elegant fragrance, coupled with vigour, freshness and low alcohol make it a perfect summer wine if the Rosé is well chilled.
Clay minerals with crystallin enclosers are the perfect basis for the vines. Hence, each year, there is a well selected grape material which is processed to an elegant summer wine.
